For the hard of hearing, there is an induction loop at reception, set your hearing aid to the 'T' position when talking to the receptionists. There is also a portable induction loop unit that can be used during a consultation - please ask at reception.

Your name will appear on the display in the waiting room when the doctor calls you. If you are concerned about reading the display, please speak to a receptionist who will be happy to assist you.
