How to See a
Doctor or Nurse
You may consult any of the doctors or practice nurses but we
prefer you to stay with one doctor or nurse, for a continuing problem, if
possible.

To make an appointment please telephone the receptionist on
967 3777.
You will be offered the first available appointment but urgent
cases will be seen the same day. We are usually able to offer a routine
appointment with any doctor or nurse within 48 hours. Unfortunately you may have
to wait longer than this to see the doctor of your choice. We do not book
appointments more than two weeks in advance.

you are unable to keep an appointment, even at short notice.
Fifty appointments are missed per month on average!
For your convenience we have installed a touch screen in
reception to enable patients to check themselves in for a pre-booked appointment
with a doctor or nurse. It is very easy to use and full instructions are given
on the screen. By using the screen you will help reduce queueing time at the
reception desk, however, you can always speak to a receptionist if you need to. |
